At Emberwood we offer a web design service, with the basic price package starting at £250, more pages and the option of an online store / booking system can be added.
All are website are made using the Wix platform. This is to ensure full user accessibility and a user friendly experience.
There is a 3 week Lead time, this is from the time we receive all of the details/images etc you would like to be added on your website. Please note this is not from the time of your order.
What We will do for you:
We will design your website using the Wix platform. Once you have ordered online, we will send a welcome email requesting some more information regarding the website ( general theme, colour scheme, titles for pages, text to feature on pages etc ) if you have not heard from us within 48 hours, please check your Junk mail or feel free to send over you information.
When we design a website we do request that all customers bare in mind the quality of the images that we are sent to be featured online.
If you do not have any photography to add or use, We do have an inhouse photographer that would be happy to help bring your vision to life for an additional fee. We also offer stock images, all images will be high quality and can be used on all other platforms.
Once you have approved and are happy with the designed website, and it has been signed off. You will the receive full transfer of ownership and you will then fully own your website.
Any changes that you would like us to do there after, there will be a charge dependant on the job.
What will be included:

Online Stores:
The price of an online store will be payable directly to Wix. We are happy to set up and design the online store, and will also list up to 5 products on your behalf.
If you need us to add any additional store listings there will be a charge of £2 per product.
A basic SEO service will be included with all websites.
What is NOT included:
If you would like to use your own domain name, purchase a domain name, then we will be at hand to help you with this process.
We are unable to offer any website design service using any other platform apart from Wix.
Web Design
Included in this package, you will receive up to three rounds of revisions per page, any further revisions will be an extra rounds (which is an extra revision per page) and will be an additional £20.
If we do send you proofs or revisions, and we do not hear back from you within a 6 weeks timeframe, then the project will be classed as Abandoned. If you then do wish to re-open your project then a fee of £50 will apply. No refunds will be made.
